All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) to info@VSACCA.org. If the cancellation is received prior to 9/1/07 a full refund, less a 25% administrative fee, will be made. Requests received in writing between 9/2/07 and 10/1/07 will be subject to a 50% administrative fee. Refunds will not be made under any circumstances for cancellations after 10/1/07.
